What does BREASTS stand for?

B – Begin at age 35 to get a baseline mammogram, continue after 40 with annuals.
R – Regual Breast Self-Exams are important to conduct once a month starting at the age of 20.
E – Eat a healthy diet, low on fats, and includes fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
A – Add regular exercise to your daily routine.
S – Stop Smoking!
T – Tell your doctor of any incidences of Breast Cancer in your family.
S – Stay healthy and enjoy living!

    JP ladies, remind your moms to get their mammograms! Maybe even go with for moral support, it is a tad uncomfy.
