My Mind has a new header and I have to thank my friends for it …

Omar was kind enough to create this nice header for me; I am really amazed how creative this guy is and not only because of my header; we have all seen some of his work and I know that you agree … thank you Omar for this; I really love my new header and avatar, but since gravatar site is down for maintenance, it will be some time before you can see that lovely avatar in action

Also, Bakkouz assisted me in uploading this header on my CSS because I am not a CSS pr PHP expert and I am always lost in the jargon; thank you Bakkouz … I appreciate your help wallah

My Wasta with Omar was my lovely vivacious friend Amino, she helped him out and they did not tell me they were preparing a header for me until it was finished and ready to use … Thank you Amino!! and MMuuuuaaaahhh

And how can I forget my best friend Jad; he was the one who set up this WP blog when I first moved and he edited the CSS and sidebars and everything; Thank you so much Jad … you really came to my rescue when I mostly needed it

This is weird for real … I am actually coming back every day to see what happened with “ikbis” campaign and what strangely cute character is there … what will happen when we reach the end of the campaign? please keep ikbis-ing with us to find out what is behind these interesting creature .. ermmm sorry .. characters

Exactly one year ago, I started my blog (Mind) …

At the time; I had known about blogging for some time and was interested in the whole idea; I read a lot about the concept and visited some blogs that interested me with their content and variety.

Being a person who likes to speak her mind, I decided that this was the perfect name for my blog, as I believe it to be a reflection of my inner thoughts and some of the things that take place in my daily life. Sometimes I talk about events in the family or with friends, other times I talk about my convictions regarding certain issues that concern women mostly.

I have enjoyed readers who keep coming to my blog and it is because of them that I continue to write, because they hear my voice and my thoughts. Debates with them are among the most enjoyable things I do and I love their comments even if they did not agree with me at times; they have the right to express their ideas as much as I do and I tell everyone; feel free to express your ideas as long as it is not under the personal attack context becauase that is the only thing that I do not tolerate

I hope you have enjoyed the ride as much as I did and I hope that you will keep coming back for some bits and pieces of my MIND!!!
