Our citizen is a selfish one and he only thinks of him or her self. Sometimes it goes even beyond to lack of logic and stupidness! The midnight fireworks aren't the only problem, we had at least 2 weddings nearby where the music itself was so loud, my apartment was shaking, and this was upto 1AM. I guess you can't teach people to be considerate. I'm only going to my birthday, my wedding, and my funeral, and only grudgingly. Anyway, every generation thinks people are changing to the worse since the last, but if that was the case then they must have been saints back in the Jahiliyeh burying their daughters alive and all. I guess you can’t teach people to be considerate.
