Unfortunately, no I don't have a blog yet. I've known about them for ages, but I never actually read one until about a week ago a friend mentioned somoene blogged about a worm in a Casper & Gambini's salad. As I order from them quite often, I was curious.

As I realied that almost each person's name links to their own blogg, I found some more interesting blogs and bookmarked the 30 I liked best.

Its easy to track the ones that have new entries through RSS which I was already using to read my favorite news sites.

Anyway I'm thinking of setting up my own site, and I wouldn't omit it if I had one. I'm just learning the ropes.

Kinzi,

Thank you for confirming that I have a good grasp on this issue because you are a mother yourself :) this is kind of reassuring ;)
and yeah, it is good to be back :D

Hani,

I am getting used to you visiting my blog :) but do you have a blog on your own or you are just enjoying reading? please keep coming back ... you are more than welcome :D

I don't think that I will like the idea of doing something to replace sleeping as I love sleeping and enjoy it to the max ... so if it ever existed, I assure you that I will not use it :)

Yeah .. I understand what you are talking about ... babies in the theatre? that must have been some frustrating experience.
Whenever we go out, my friends and I, and find kids in restaurants, malls and every where and way past their "supposedly" bedtime, I tell my friends that kids do not belong in such scenarios; seriously they don't ... but who is listening???!!!

I get depressed and snap at people if I didn't get enough sleep.

I think of it as recharging. One theory suggested that when we sleep our minds are processing everything that went on and encoding what will be our permenant memories and what will be lost, happy memories are different electrically/chemically than unhappy memories and tend to encode better. (in a sense supressing trauma so that we can get past it). One day I think we will find a way to accelerate or replace this process, and this will automatically increase our lifetimes by 30%. (and most likely standard working ours will be increased from 8 to 12 !)

Ah children, those little bundles of ... horror. When guests bring their kids over, they may seem cute for the first 5 minutes, until they start demolishing the house, demanding attention, and asking silly questions. It makes it worse when the parents baby-talk them. Are they trying to keep them cute and silly for a few more years ? Its not just supermarkets after 11, I can't believe they let people take babies into movie theatres.
